Why travel in a conventional way if you can do it with VETA TRAVEL?

Making payment

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, American Express & Diners Club. However when booking a Sydney or Adelaide tour we only accept Visa or Mastercard. When booking online payment is due at the time of booking and should be made by credit card.

Booking Confirmation

If booking online a confirmation email will automatically be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.

If booking by phone you will be given a booking reference number as confirmation of your booking. We can also send you an email with all of your confirmation details should you wish.

Credit Card

A 2.5% surcharge applies to American Express & Diners Club credit cards. There is no surcharge for Visa, Mastercard and Union Pay cards.

Pricing and Discounts

Children

Children aged 4 years and up to 7 years receive 20% discount off Adult fare unless otherwise stated.

Group Discounts

Available for groups of 10 people or more. Please enquire at time of booking.

Cancellation

Booking amendment

• A 100% cancellation fee applies for tours cancelled within 48 hours of departure when no notice is given. However, if notice of cancellation is given and the tour is re-booked there is no charge.
• For Snow tours a cancellation fee of 50% applies for a tour cancelled within 15-7 days of travel, However, if notice of cancellation is given and the tour is re-booked there is no charge. A fee of 80% applies within 7 days – 72 hours of travel. A fee of 100% applies within 72-24 hours.
• For all Sydney tours boat; a cancellation fee of 50% applies for a tour cancelled within 7 days and 72 hours of travel or when no notice is given. Within 24 hours of departure 100% cancellation fee applies. Cancellation fees imposed on Veta travel by our supplier will be passed on.

Dietary Requirements

We endeavour to cater for specific dietary requirements where food is included as part of the tour. Please advise us of your requirements at the time of booking.

Terms & conditions

Itineraries, prices and days of operation are subject to change or withdrawal without notice. A fuel levy may apply when world oil prices exceed the allowance in the fare.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover your travel plans.

Departure points

• ACMI at our central departure point then please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for your tour
• Pick up times may vary depending on traffic.
• If you are a private tour you can enquire different pickups may be arranged.

What to bring

Depending on your tour choice will depend on what you should bring along with you. In general we recommend sensible walking footwear, water, camera and sunscreen.
